You will oversee comprehensive sponsorship initiatives designed to strengthen Singapore's healthcare manpower capabilities. This strategic position combines programme administration, financial oversight, and stakeholder management to ensure the successful development of healthcare professionals who will meet our nation's evolving health service needs.
You will manage the complete sponsorship lifecycle from application processing through to programme completion. You will coordinate panel reviews, guide successful awardees through their sponsorship journey, and ensure seamless programme delivery that supports healthcare workforce development objectives.
Your role involves taking ownership of comprehensive financial oversight including payment processing, disbursement tracking, and monitoring of training and claims reports. You will maintain meticulous records of all sponsorship-related expenditures whilst preparing regular monitoring reports to ensure programme accountability and transparency.
You will administer Letters of Undertaking (LOU) and manage employee bonds in accordance with established policies. This includes maintaining accurate records within the Learning Management System and ensuring full compliance with bond terms and conditions to protect programme investments.
You will review and enhance sponsorship policies, procedures, and work instructions to ensure programme effectiveness. You will provide essential support for hospital-level audits and learning initiatives, contributing to continuous improvement of sponsorship programme delivery.
