Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from manpower requisition, job postings, candidate sourcing, selection, to onboarding.

  • Work closely with hiring departments to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.

  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels and outreach platforms to attract a diverse pool of healthcare talent.

  • Participate in outreach activities, career fairs, and employer branding initiatives to strengthen the institution’s position as an employer of choice.

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

HR Business Partnering
  • Partner with assigned departments to understand their manpower needs, workforce challenges, and strategic priorities.

  • Provide sound HR advice and solutions across the full spectrum of HR functions, including performance management, employee engagement, and capability development.

  • Collaborate with department leaders to support workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.

  • Serve as a neutral and trusted advisor to employees and supervisors, facilitating resolution of workplace issues.

  • Drive and support HR projects, process improvements, and institution-wide initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
