Roles & Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles - from requisition creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, to offer and onboarding.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Utilise various recruitment channels and resources to source and attract qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments and feedback.
  • Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System and ensure recruitment data accuracy.
  • Draft job postings and coordinate employer branding activities.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and insights to HR leadership.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or other related disciplines.
  • Around 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a fast paced environment within financial operations or similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills capable of generating insights and developing actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Strong communication skills, keen attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven proficiency in both English and Chinese for effective communication with various stakeholders.
