  • Up to $4,000 per month

  • Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm

Responsibilities
  • Support the design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of programmes such as Morning Exercises and youth engagement initiatives to improve the well-being of seniors and youths.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders and community partners to expand outreach and strengthen programme impact.
  • Guide and mentor youths in planning and executing service projects, providing on-ground support during events and facilitating meaningful engagement activities.
  • Coordinate and co-lead key programme initiatives and events, including recruitment, orientation, camps, carnivals, and appreciation ceremonies.
  • Manage volunteer and participant databases, maintain records of service projects, and support evaluation and reporting processes.
Requirements
  • Tertiary education in Sport Science & Management / Social Work / Sociology with 1 year of experience in organizing and implementing programmes.
  • Experience in outreach (not necessarily sports related) to vulnerable children & youth and families, persons with disabilities, and/or seniors will be a plus.
  • Strong organisational, project management, and administrative capabilities with attention to detail.
