We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Executive / Senior Executive to join our Operations Management team. You’ll play a key role in optimizing terminal operations, managing consortium relationships, and driving cost efficiencies—all while working in a close-knit team that values collaboration and growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead Strategic Procurement Projects: Balance trade commercial interests with operational constraints to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Terminal Operations Oversight: Maintain close communication with PSA on JV and HPST daily operations.
• Consortium Performance Monitoring: Track and report on THEA Joint Service performance in SHQ areas.
• Drive Cost Efficiency: Work towards achieving KPIs related to terminal cost savings set by HQ.
• Support Management Initiatives: Take on additional duties as assigned by the Management team.

What We’re Looking For

• A-Level to Degree in Logistics or related disciplines.
• At least 1 year of relevant industry experience.
• Familiarity with vessel and terminal operations.
• Experience in terminal contract negotiation and consortium management.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
