Job Summary
The Senior Sales & Partnerships Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth for JOURNEY through corporate sales, strategic partnerships, and brand collaborations. This role plays a critical part in promoting artwork created by persons with intellectual disabilities (PWIDs) from TOUCH Special Needs Group, enabling sustainable income opportunities for the artists and supporting JOURNEY’s business expansion.
Principal Responsibilities and Duties
Corporate Sales & Business Development
- Secure new corporate accounts and partnerships to meet sales targets and grow JOURNEY’s market presence in the corporate sectors.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that drive consistent revenue streams.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term business engagement.
Brand & IP Collaboration
- Identify and negotiate collaboration opportunities with local and international brands and IP partners.
- Lead collaboration projects from concept development to delivery, ensuring clear timelines, aligned expectations, and quality outcomes.
- Work closely with brand partners, internal teams, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Project & Production Management
- Manage custom product requests from quotation to production and final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Liaise with production vendors and suppliers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality standards.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in corporate sales, account management, brand partnerships, or business development, with a proven track record.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders.
- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva.
- Ability to communicate professionally in both spoken and written Mandarin for coordination with overseas vendors (e.g., through WeChat).
- Experience in retail development, licensing, or lifestyle brands will be an advantage.
- Additional certifications or training in digital literacy, mental health, or related fields.
