Senior Executive, Risk & Quality Management

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and facilitate patient safety and quality management activities, primarily for primary dental care service
  • Coordinate the collation and reporting of data from quality audits and indicators
  • Facilitate the follow up of patient safety issues identified through audits, trend analyses and staff engagement platforms
  • Support the facilitation of risk reviews and follow up of risk mitigations as part of Enterprise Risk Management programme
  • Facilitate the management of reports in Incident Reporting System and analyses of clinical incidents, medication errors and near misses
  • Assist in the implementation of patient safety training programmes
  • Assist in the functions of the department as assigned by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Experience in patient safety and clinical quality, accreditation, risk management and/or quality improvement in healthcare would be an advantage
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and basic statistics
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and under pressure
  • Positive work attitude and good team player
