What the role is:

You will be planning and executing communication research projects and presenting insights to facilitate data-driven outcomes for the MOT Family’s strategic communications efforts, leading to greater understanding, appreciation, and pride in Singapore’s Transport story and systems. Join us to connect and move people via Singapore’s dynamic land, air, and sea transport sectors!

What you will be working on:

• Supporting your reporting officer to execute the development of a communications research framework and workflow for the MOT Family
• Work with vendors/partners to execute research projects to ensure that our communication efforts resonate with key stakeholders within an ever-changing operating environment
• Support the planning and execution of message testing and red teaming to shape comms and engagement strategies
• Improve MOT’s Family’s sense-making capabilities by recommending and applying existing and emerging tools and technologies
• Synthesize various data sources to holistically evaluate the MOT family’s communications and engagement efforts
• Use data-driven insights to recommend how the MOT family can refine comms actions and responses
• Perform administrative duties including procurement, budget monitoring, financial duties, business review of agencies/vendors, etc.
