A leading mental health organization in Singapore is looking for a candidate to manage operations and administrative functions. Key responsibilities include assisting in clinical services, conducting data analysis, and monitoring performance indicators. Candidates should have a relevant degree and at least 2 years of experience in operations or administration, preferably in the healthcare sector. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in the management of the operations and administrative functions to deliver the clinical department’s shared goal and overall strategic objectives.
You will assist in the development and implementation of clinical services and programmes, whilst ensuring compliance to the standards of operations. Data analysis, proposal writing, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators and generating performance reports are essential work areas. This role would also include secretariat duties for assigned committees related to the projects undertaken by the department.
