Autism Resource Centre (Singapore)or ARC(S) is a non‑profit charity organisation dedicated to serving individuals on the autism spectrum throughout their lives. Based in Singapore, ARC(S) offers a range of services and resources tailored to meet the growing concerns and needs of the autism community.

Executive / Senior Executive, Procurement Department – you will support the organisation’s procurement function, review requests, ensure compliance with policies, and provide advisory services to internal stakeholders, maintaining transparency and cost‑effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Review procurement requests from departments to ensure specifications are complete and suitable for publication, evaluation, award and contract management in compliance with procurement policy.
  • Manage the end‑to‑end procurement process on the procurement system with stakeholders, including reviewing tenders, evaluating submissions and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and provide guidance on procurement best practices, sourcing strategies and policy requirements.
  • Ensure all procurement activities adhere to organisational policies, regulatory requirements and audit standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for procurement process improvement and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate and facilitate procurement‑related training programmes for staff to build awareness and capability.
  • Participate in ad‑hoc projects as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in procurement.
  • Strong understanding of the procurement process, guidelines, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with procurement software systems.
  • Prior experience in nonprofit or educational settings will be advantageous.
