Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation to eliminate inefficiencies and redundancies, adding value to operational processes automation within New Business & Underwriting and improving satisfaction for the customers and partners.
• Design and optimize AI data analytical tools & dashboards; work with stakeholders to maximize values of data to enhance critical insights for performance tracking, service quality, risk management and decision making.
• Leverage on GenAI technology to enhance New Business & Underwriting services to customers, partners and various internal stakeholders.
• Work with Digital, Technology, and New Business on automation projects to deliver strategic initiatives.
• Conduct training on new tools and reports; develop communication plans for process changes.
• Ensure all process improvements and automation initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and mitigate operational risks.

Requirements

• Education & Experience: 2-3 years of experience in process improvements and automation experience in financial services or insurance (preferred).
• Skills & Competencies: Experience in Power Automate, Power BI, Qlik Sense and GenAI. Proficient in Agile and lean/six sigma methodologies. Green belt/Black belt certification is preferred.
