We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Executive to promote our part‑time postgraduate programmes through telemarketing, WhatsApp follow‑ups, CRM management, and personalised engagement with prospective students. In this dynamic role, you will guide potential candidates through the admissions process, from initial inquiries to application submission, ensuring a seamless experience.

A successful Admissions Counsellor must be personable, organised, and results‑driven, with the ability to connect with prospective students and address their needs effectively. The ideal candidate will demonstrate patience, adaptability, and professionalism in handling inquiries and concerns.

The goal is to contribute to the success of our postgraduate programmes by expanding outreach and supporting prospective students throughout their journey.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct telemarketing activities, including cold calls and WhatsApp follow‑ups, to promote postgraduate programs.
  • Manage inquiries from prospective students, providing detailed information about program offerings, application requirements, and career benefits.
  • Use CRM systems to track interactions, schedule follow‑ups, and maintain accurate records of prospects.
  • Upload application forms, review submissions, and assist students in completing the admissions process.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide timely responses and ensure applications progress smoothly.
  • Send collaterals such as brochures, program guides, and application links via WhatsApp or email.
  • Address concerns, resolve complaints, and maintain the university's professional reputation.
  • Achieve admissions targets through strategic follow‑ups and personalised engagement.
  • Provide feedback to enhance marketing strategies and program offerings.
