Job Purpose

To participate in executing strategic objectives to support the business & operations of the hospital and to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Operations:
  • Track budgets across the various units.
  • Ensure proper documentation compliance in the department.
  • Track department KPIs.
  • T rack department projects.
  • Take on adhoc functions/duties pertaining to operations.
  • Personal Assistant Duties:
  • Assist the director with scheduling and managing calendars.
  • Take meeting notes and minutes.
  • Assist with general administration and clerical duties.
  • Undertake other task as given.
Requirements
  • Minimum Diploma. Preferably degree in BA or any other relevant field.
  • Degree holder with 2 years of experience; or Diploma with 10 years of experience.
  • Proficient with taking minutes, using Microsoft word and excel.
  • Speaks good English.
  • Excellent Interpersonal / Communication skills.
  • Great Initiative and Team Player.
  • Good Time Management and Prioritization skills.
