Senior Executive, (Office of Research) Grants Management

Join SingHealth's Grants Management team and play a vital role in advancing medical research across Singapore's largest public healthcare cluster.

We are seeking a Senior Executive to manage the comprehensive lifecycle of research grants and funding initiatives. You'll serve as secretariat for the Nurturing Clinician Researcher Scheme and contribute to strategic research data management that shapes the future of clinical research in Singapore.

What You’ll Do:

You will compile, consolidate and analyse research outcomes across grants, research funding and manpower, contributing to insights that guide strategic decision‑making for SingHealth's research portfolio. Your role involves maintaining and tracking multiple databases that capture research Key Performance Indicators and outputs, ensuring accurate documentation of SingHealth's research achievements. You'll assist in preparing detailed reports and conducting data analysis that demonstrates the impact of our research, whilst managing both pre‑award and post‑award administration processes for SingHealth cluster and national grants. Additionally, you'll support the conceptualisation and structuring of research data at the cluster level, working closely with clinician researchers and administrative teams to streamline grant management processes and enhance research efficiency across our institutions.
