ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Merchandising and assortment strategy
  • Develop and implement global and local merchandising and category management strategies.

  • Analyze business environments, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategy.

  • Plan and manage product assortments, including pricing, promotions, and visual merchandising to align with global guidelines and local market needs.

Product development and lifecycle
  • Oversee the end‑to‑end product lifecycle, from concept and sampling to launch and quality control.

  • Identify and evaluate new product ideas and work with suppliers to drive innovation.

Sales, inventory, and performance analysis
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports, sell‑through rates, and inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and profitability.

  • Make data‑driven recommendations for replenishment, markdowns, and other strategic decisions.

  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of merchandising efforts.

Cross‑functional and stakeholder management
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, sales, and operations to align on campaigns and initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including vendors, suppliers, and retail partners.

Job Requirements
