Job description
The Role

You will be responsible for maximizing revenue from the sales of atrium spaces, pushcarts, advertising spaces, rides and licenses in the mall in order to reach and exceed budgeted annual target for the different properties.

Job Responsibilities
  • Research and develop a list of potential exhibitors/vendors/tenant for each location that is in line with guidelines and mall’s image and branding.
  • Tracking the space booking schedules and exhibitors to ensure maximum occupancy and revenue.
  • Lead negotiations and managing of key exhibitors/ events.
  • Meet with event organizers, government agencies etc. to co-ordinate large-scale events utilizing multiple spaces and promotional platforms in the mall to achieve revenue and footfall targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential tenants and exhibitors.
  • Keep precise records of conversations with all clients, sponsors and exhibitors.
  • Keep precise records of atrium bookings, revenue reports and forecast, license agreements, track monthly sales and formulate strategies to close any gaps.
  • Deliver on target and maintain proper administration of paperwork and SOP at all times.
  • Assist to develop sales strategy to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Invoice sponsors and exhibitors once agreements are duly completed.
  • Ensure compliance with internal audit.
  • Professionally represent the mall at all times.
Job Requirements
  • You should possess a Marketing/Business Administration or equivalent degree/diploma, with minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • You should be a team player, creative, meticulous, and possess excellent interpersonal and communication/presentation skills. You should possess pro-activeness and desire for more knowledge with a positive attitude, and, ability to multi-task as well as work independently in a fast pace environment with minimal supervision.
  • The successful candidate will have a willingness to learn new software system.
