Qualifications

Job description

As a member of the Marketing Communications Team, you will support in the development and execution of Marketing campaigns for Paragon.

Responsibilities
  • Execute Marketing campaigns and events for the mall
  • Enhance customer and shopping experience through mall-wide campaigns, events and loyalty program to drive shopper traffic and spend to the mall
  • Liaise with tenants to garner participation and sponsorship for mall campaigns
  • Liaise with advertising agencies, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful launches of all project and events
  • Follow up on leads/enquiries for advertising sites and event spaces to drive revenue
  • Update and maintain mall’s website, signages, social and digital media
  • Provide administrative and operational support to Marketing Communications team
Requirements
  • Degree in marketing/ mass communication or relevant discipline
  • 1 to 2 years experience in retail mall, social media platforms and digital marketing will be advantageous
  • Creative, resourceful, meticulous and able to multi-task
  • Able to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong in written and oral communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work on weekends or overtime when required
