Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in business development, marketing, or corporate communications.
  • Existing contacts with retail brand, architects, designers, hotel owners, landlord and project management consultants will be preferred.

Senior Executive/Manager, Corporate Communications & Business Development

Legend Interiors is a Hong Kong winning Interior fit-out specialist with 11 offices across Asia. Our Singapore office is looking for a talented, client facing Corporate Communication and Business Development to aid with ongoing and new project wins.

The Corporate Communication and Business Development Manager play a dual strategic role in driving business growth and strengthening the company’s corporate brand. This position is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence, and managing all aspects of internal and external communications to ensure consistent and impactful messaging.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive corporate communication strategy that strengthens the company’s brand identity and aligns with business objectives.
  • Manage all internal and external communications to ensure consistent, clear, and impactful messaging across all platforms.
  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster sustainable growth.
  • Formulate and execute business strategies, sales plans, and marketing initiatives to expand market presence and brand visibility.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals, presentations, and tenders that effectively communicate the company’s strengths and capabilities.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive internal and external communication programs, ensuring consistent messaging across public events, media engagements, and internal initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams—including design, project, operations, and finance—to ensure seamless project delivery and exceptional client satisfaction.
  • Track and evaluate performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and insights for management review.
  • Support overall brand development efforts and enhance corporate visibility across the region.
  • Report to the Senior Business Development Manager and collaborate with the Southeast Asia Business Development team in support of the Legend Interiors Group’s strategic objectives.
