Job description

In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy in end-to-end payroll administration and employee tax processes, with all transactions and submissions aligned with statutory and internal requirements. You will also work closely with key stakeholders to support the deployment and onboarding of sessional lecturers, tutors and supervisors.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and process student applications according to university admission requirements
  • Provide expert guidance to prospective students and their families on program options and entry pathways
  • Build strong relationships with education agents, schools, and community partners
  • Support recruitment activities and represent the university at education fairs and information sessions
  • Maintain accurate student records and contribute to enrolment reporting
  • Collaborate with academic departments to resolve complex admissions cases
Key selection criteria
  • Bachelor's degree with relevant experience in admissions, student services, or education sector
  • Understanding of international education systems and qualification frameworks
  • Strong communication skills with ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management abilities

Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience
