Job summary

A dynamic organisation in Singapore seeks a Senior Executive, Human Resources, to provide HR support, manage payroll processing, and partner with business leaders on talent management. The ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of HR experience and a relevant tertiary qualification. This role is full-time, located in the Pioneer West Region, and offers a great opportunity to enhance employee experience and organisational effectiveness.

Job description

Leeden National Oxygen Ltd' is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Executive, Human Resources, to join our dynamic team in the Pioneer West Region. In this full-time role, you will play a crucial part on supporting the overall business objectives of our organisation.

What you'll be doing
  1. Providing operational HR support across the organisation, including recruitment, performance management, data integrity, work pass management, learning and development, and employee relations
  2. Manage the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll, including data compilation and verification for bargainable personnel
  3. Partnering with business leaders to identify and address talent management needs, ensuring the right people are in the right roles
  4. Overseeing the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
  5. Driving continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices to enhance the employee experience and organisational effectiveness
  6. Providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters
  7. Support L&D initiatives in course registration, annual training matrix, course evaluation, and partake in both internal and external training audits.
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in a unionised manufacturing environment
  2. Proven experience with payroll processing and excellent working knowledge of labour legislation e.g. CPF, Employment Act etc
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levels
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  5. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  6. Certification in HR or a related field (e.g., IHRP, SHRM) is highly desirable
