Overview: Join our client’s dynamic HR team and play a key role in driving performance excellence, employee engagement, and governance initiatives across the hospital. You will support the Assistant Director in executing key HR programmes that shape a high-performing and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performance Management: Coordinate the full performance cycle including goal‑setting, reviews, promotions, and appeals. Prepare reports, facilitate moderation sessions, and ensure consistent communication across departments.
  • Employee Engagement: Support the planning and execution of engagement surveys and initiatives. Analyse survey results, identify improvementup action plans.
  • Risk & Governance: Manage annual Conflict of Interest and Compliance Leave exercises, ensuring adherence to policies and timely completion.

Requirements:

  • Min Bachelor’s degree (HR or related discipline preferred) with at least 2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, meticulous, and able to work collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Canva or similar tools will be an advantage.
  • Open to 2 years contract arrangement.
