We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Executive, Human Resources to support the HR & Admin department. You will play a key role in managing the full spectrum of HR functions, guiding junior team members, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role requires someone confident in stakeholder management, data analysis, and workflow improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage stakeholders across all levels, including conflict resolution and grievances handling.

  • Support the Assistant Manager, HR & Admin by carrying out assigned tasks independently with minimal supervision.

  • Handle high-volume recruitment activities across different job levels and departments, ensuring timely fulfillment of manpower needs.

  • Demonstrate proficiency in data analysis and preparation of PowerPoint presentations.

  • Streamline and improve HR workflow processes for greater efficiency.

  • Ensure compliance with HR SOPs, policies, and procedures.

  • Assist in payroll administration, audit preparation, and data verification.

  • Oversee daily HR operations and general administrative duties.

Key Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience covering the full spectrum of HR functions.

  • Strong recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment across different levels.

  • Proficiency in data handling, with working knowledge of Info-Tech and Power BI preferred.

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing a team of 3–5 members.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
