Project Leadership: Partner with the HR leadership team to drive the full‑lifecycle implementation of a new HR Information System, from initial scoping and configuration to final go‑live.
Systems Architecture: Act as the primary custodian for system integrity, managing user permissions, security protocols, and ensuring strict adherence to data governance.
Strategic Data Oversight: Curate and maintain the master employee database, ensuring 100% data accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Workflow Engineering: Proactively audit HR workflows to identify bottlenecks; implement automated solutions to enhance operational efficiency across the employee lifecycle.
Insights & Analytics: Design and deliver comprehensive HR dashboards and reports to provide leadership with actionable intelligence on workforce trends.
Stakeholder Enablement: Serve as the internal Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing technical troubleshooting and developing training modules to boost system adoption.
External Partnerships: Manage relationships with technology vendors and internal IT teams to ensure seamless system performance and timely feature updates.
