Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in Marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from the retail, FMCG, or business related to fresh produce sectors.
- Solid exposure to shopper marketing, campaign execution, and coordinating with creative/media agencies across multiple touchpoints (in‑store, digital, social).
- Proven ability to work cross‑functionally in a dynamic and matrixed environment, collaborating with commercial, operations, and product teams.
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities with attention to detail and ownership of deliverables.
- Proficiency in G‑suite, especially Google Sheets (data analysis, reporting dashboards) and Google Slides (presentation decks, campaign reviews).
- Strong command of consumer and shopper behaviour trends, with the ability to translate insights into actionable communication and activation plans.
- Familiarity with point‑of‑sale materials, store activations, and the mechanics of running successful campaigns in‑store and online.
- Preferably someone who enjoys cooking or has a strong interest in food – especially in fresh ingredients – to better empathise with home cooks and food‑loving shoppers and create authentic messaging for fresh grocery campaigns.
