Job description

You will manage and support the Office of Clinical Informatics (OCI) in their development and implementation of clinical information systems and processes that facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care and research.

In this role, you will be supporting the institution’s activities in their review and rationalising of requirements for the New Generation Electronic Medical Record National Billing system & National Harmonised Integrated Pharmacy System) development and implementation, plus their management and review of policies and SOPS arising from the system implementation.

You will be supporting the change management and go-live activities in engaging the project’s stakeholders in the work process determination and change journey. You will also assist the team in aligning the project objectives with the various stakeholders and departments in the institution.

Requirements
  • Degree from a recognised university.
  • At least 5 to 8 years working experience, 2-3 years healthcare experience preferred.
  • Ability to initiate, deliver and drive initiatives to completion with minimal supervision.
  • A strong team player and eager to learn.
