In this role, you will support the EGH Development Secretariat and Programme Office in coordinating and managing the EGH Campus Project. Your responsibilities will include consolidating user requirements, facilitating business case analysis, and applying project planning methodologies and technologies to ensure effective execution. You will work across diverse domains such as care delivery models, patient journey design, and workflow optimization for hospital services.
You will play an active role in planning and implementing new care models and innovation initiatives across the campus. This includes coordinating project meetings and workshops, supporting proof-of-concept trials and pilot projects, and organising stakeholder engagements with both internal and external partners. You will assist with patient journey mapping exercises, collect and process data for analysis to support decision-making, and prepare presentation materials for various stakeholders. You will also provide secretariat support and assist the Head of Department in knowledge management and archiving.
