Job summary

A leading recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee project deliverables, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure timely project completion. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of project management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with strong analytical and communication skills. This role requires a highly organized individual who can work independently and efficiently.

Qualifications

  • At least 6-8 years of experience as project managers.
  • Experience in healthcare industry will be an advantage.
  • Possess strong analytical skills and people skills.
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to details.
  • Ability to work independently and be a proactive team player.

Responsibilities

  • Develop the requirements, scope of work, deliverables and schedule for the project.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders across Senior Management and Departments.
  • Track and review submissions from various Departments.
  • Collate and compile for onward submission as one group.
  • Ensure project delivery against agreed scope and timeline.
  • Highlight issues encountered and potential risks.
  • Provide regular progress updates to Management.
  • Function as Secretariat at key Management Meetings.
  • Take on adhoc assignments with speed and quality.

  • Liaise with various stakeholders which span across Senior Management, Directors, Heads of Departments and Product Owners.
  • Track and review submissions from the various Departments across SETS Group.
  • Collate and compile for onward submission as one SETS Group.
  • Ensure that project is delivered against agreed scope and timeline, and meeting quality standards.
  • Highlight any issues encountered and potential risks.
  • Provide regular progress updates to Management.
  • Function as Secretariat at key Management Meetings covering the national programmes.
  • Take on adhoc assignments with speed and quality.
