What you will be working on:

ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Manager, Finance, your responsibilities include:

  • Manage the general ledger and ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
  • Prepare monthly consolidated financial reports and schedules, including the raising of journal entries for accruals and adjustments.
  • Support the development of dashboards and data visualisations to deliver insightful financial reports for strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare the annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant accounting standards.
  • Liaise with auditors on annual statutory audits for IPOS Group.
  • Handle budget updates, shortfalls, virements, and daily operational matters.
  • Prepare reports and statistics for management, government agencies etc.
  • Drive process improvements through data analytics and automation.
  • Review and update finance policies in line with standards and regulations.
  • Lead and execute accounting related system enhancements and projects.
  • Ad-hoc finance duties as assigned.
