Job summary
A healthcare organization in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a supervisory role in property management. Responsibilities include supervising external service providers during maintenance, managing building defects, ensuring cleanliness and security, and coordinating rectification works. The ideal candidate will also handle administration related to contractor management and communicate with various stakeholders. This position is integral to maintaining property standards and addressing user feedback.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all external service providers during maintenance.
- Assist in building defects and breakdown.
- Ensure cleanliness and security standards are maintained.
- Plan and coordinate rectification works.
- Communicate with internal and external property-related parties.
- Attend to feedback, complaints, and service requests.
- Inspect and supervise projects and maintenance work.
- Recommend and implement improvement works.
- Handle administrative duties including quotations and purchase orders.
- Manage term contractors and their contract renewals.
- Perform other jobs as assigned by the Manager.
- Supervise all the external service providers such as term contractors during regular maintenance and ensure that all work as specified in their contracts are properly and effectively carried out;
- Assist in all aspects of building defects and breakdown;
- Ensure that a high standard of cleanliness and security are always maintained;
- Plan, coordinate and execute rectification works;
- Co-ordinate and communicate with internal and external parties for property-related matters;
- Attend to feedbacks, complaints and services requested by the internal users;
- Involve in the inspection, supervising on projects and rectification works, trouble shooting, preventive and maintenance work;
- Recommend and implement improvement works;
- Handle administrative duties such as calling of quotations, issuing purchase orders, maintain building records and etc.
- Manage the term contractors and handle contracts renewal;
- Any other jobs as assigned by the Manager.
