Job Description
  • Ensure that our clients’ needs are well understood to meet or exceed expectations and manage the client effectively
  • Participating in and contributing ideas to the creative and client experience journey
  • Execute the event project management tasks and ensure they are delivered to the highest standards, promptly and with accurate budget scoping, tracking, reconciliation and reporting
  • Source for all event-related needs and act as negotiators to obtain cost-effective prices from partners and alliances
  • Build and retain relationships with our event partners, clients and internal teams (e.g. My Wine & Dine Kaki (MWDK) Membership, MWDK Plans & Partnership)
  • Work regularly with all adjoining internal teams to ensure alignment
  • To handle multiple tasks including booking of event space, drafting event concept, coordinate with Club Marketing on event campaigns, ticketing, registration, onsite logistics, and submission of P&L
  • Manage customer enquiries, feedback, and loyalty program administration
  • To track and ensure KPIs are met
  • Support the Manager of MWDK Sales & Event Operations to attain budgeted profitability
  • Assist the Manager of MWDK Sales & Event Operations to prepare reports and presentation slides for management meetings
  • Perform other roles and responsibilities as required based on business needs
Requirements
  • Minimum diploma and above with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Results orientated with strong team mindset and good planning, organizing, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong in strategic thinking and analysis
  • Good knowledge and experience in financial budget planning and management
  • Strong in partnership and stakeholder management
  • Strong in communication and presentation skills (Proficiency in Microsoft Office)
  • Experience in event management
  • Agile and adaptable to changes and new concepts
  • Good team player with strong team mindset
  • Excellent time management abilities
  • Able to work occasionally on weekends, including public holidays
