Job Title: Property & Mall Operations Executive / Senior Executive
Location: Available at West Area / Central Area / East Area
Salary: Up to $4,500 (Executive) / Up to $5,000 (Senior Executive)
Employment Type: 2-Year Contract (Under Developer, with potential for renewal or conversion)
About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and hands‑on individual to join our Operations team to ensure the smooth running, upkeep, and enhancement of our properties and retail malls.
You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating maintenance programs, supporting asset enhancement projects, and ensuring that all facilities operate efficiently, safely, and to the highest professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and take over premises to/from tenants and purchasers.
- Plan, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for building systems and facilities.
- Supervise contractors and vendors for maintenance, repair, renovation, and improvement works.
- Lead technicians and manage vendor services to achieve operational excellence.
- Maintain high standards of building cleanliness, security, and safety.
- Manage and respond promptly to all feedback, service requests, and complaints.
- Prepare and monitor annual operating and maintenance budgets.
- Manage, review, and administer maintenance contracts and procurement activities (e.g. cyclical replacements, enhancement works).
- Support Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI), tenancy fit-out works, and mall promotional or operational activities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g. Contracts & Procurement, Leasing, Marketing) to support operational needs.
- Participate in the Company’s Emergency Response Team (e.g. Site Incident Controller, First Aider).
- Support Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives, including reviewing permits to work, risk assessments, and conducting safety inspections or audits.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical), Real Estate, Facilities, Building or Estate Management.
- Fire Safety Manager (FSM), SCEM, and WSQ SIC/ERT certifications will be advantageous.
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in facilities, property, or mall operations.
- Strong initiative, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, systematic, and able to work under tight timelines.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willing to work beyond standard operating hours when required.
- Open to learning and possible cross‑deployment across asset types based on business needs.
