A logistics and supply chain company in Singapore seeks an experienced individual to handle daily operations for customer accounts. Responsibilities include coordinating materials, managing inventory, overseeing a team, and ensuring timely invoicing. Candidates should have a diploma in Supply Chain Management, 1 year of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Handle day-to-day operations for assigned customer accounts, ensuring smooth order fulfilment and timely response to customers' queries
Coordinate receipt, proper storage, and issuance of customer-supplied materials and finished goods
Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or excess
Manage and coordinate a small team or warehouse staff assigned to support account operations, ensuring adherence to SOPs and daily task completion
Monitor and support the processing of transportation claims, shipments, and logistics documentation
Prepare, verify, and process invoices and reports related to assigned accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely submission to clients
Participate in annual stock take audits and ad hoc inventory checks to ensure compliance with internal and client standards
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, team performance, and customer satisfaction
Perform any other operational tasks assigned by immediate superior to support account management
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, or at least 1 year of relevant experience in Warehousing, Logistics, and Supply Chain Operations, with exposure to operational processes and team coordination.
Experience in inventory control, invoicing, billing, logistics process and customer service
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office application
