Job Summary

We are hiring an Administration Executive to provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring efficient office operations and compliance with company policies to facilitate smooth functioning.

What You Will Do:
  • Office Administration & Management: Oversee office upkeep, manage supplies, coordinate with vendors, and handle administrative procurement.
  • Administrative Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate records and filing systems, and support audits.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Arrange meetings and corporate events, coordinate travel, and provide logistical support.
  • Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, prepare correspondence and reports, and act as a liaison for senior management.
What We Are Looking For:
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills.
  • High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with admin management systems and Digital/AI tools.
