Job description

The Senior Executive, Exam and Student Exchange Matters, plays a pivotal role in graduate students’ journey by ensuring the smooth execution of academic processes, maintaining accurate academic records, supporting timely assessments and results processing, and providing responsive administrative support that enhances the overall student experience from enrolment to graduation.

Your key responsibilities
  • Examination and Assessment Administration: Format graduate exam papers accurately and within deadlines, coordinate mark entries and prepare marklists, support Board of Examiners (BoE) meetings and presentations.
  • Manage and document exam and results appeals, ensuring compliance with academic policies. Process appeals within timelines, maintain accurate records, and ensure a fair appeal process for students.
  • Handle candidature matters. Track academic progress and issues and prepare academic warning letters and letter of certifications.
  • Coordinate the requests between visiting students and MAE faculty and facilitate a smooth administrative process.
Requirements
  • A recognized university degree.
  • Ability to use student information systems and office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Proficiency with common office software and communication tools.
  • Skilled in organizing and retrieving records for audits, appeals, and official reporting.
  • High attention to detail ensuring accuracy in student data, assessment records, and official communications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to prepare formal documents and clearly engage with graduate students and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized amidst competing demands.
