Job description

1. Scenario and Plan Development

• Support the development of scenarios and plans for:
  Medical and operational responses to communicable disease outbreaks
  Continuity of hospital’s critical services
  Civil and national emergencies
• Ensure plans are developed in alignment with guidance from:
  The Ministry of Health
  Hospital stakeholders (both medical and operational teams)

2. Operationalisation of Plans

• Support hospital stakeholders in translating plans into actionable SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
• Ensure SOPs are practical, coordinated, and tested for readiness

3. Capability Building

• Support the enhancement of hospital capabilities to respond effectively to:
  Communicable disease outbreaks
  Continuity of critical services
  Civil emergencies
  Mass casualty incidents
• Strengthen hospital systems and infrastructure in key areas, including:
  Operational capabilities
  Information technology systems
  Physical and infrastructure readiness

Requirements

• Degree with at least 2 years working experience in operations related fields.
• Prior working experience in hospital operations and/or emergency response management, or possessing medical and nursing background, would be an advantage.
• Proficient in IT applications – E.g. MSWord, PowerPoint, MSExcel etc.
• Good writing and effective communication skills.
