Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is looking for an Administrative Support Officer for training operations. The successful candidate will manage course applications, prepare documentation for trainers, and provide logistical support for programs. A Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of administrative experience are required. This role prioritizes candidates who are outgoing and enjoy interacting with people. Only Singaporeans are eligible to apply.

  • Proficient in MS suites of software.

Job description
Overview

Working hours: Mon- Thurs 8.30am-5.45pm, Fri 8.30am – 5.15pm
Salary: Up to $3,000-$4,000
Duration: 1 year contract extendable/ convertible
Location: West

Responsibilities
  • Monitor and process course applications from Training Management System and assist in updating course information into the system to ensure the smooth course registration process.
  • Prepare the necessary documentation for commissioning of internal and external trainers so that lecturers / trainers are timely appointed
  • Arrange all the logistics to ensure the smooth and successful running of the programmes /courses
  • Plan, recommend, brief, and organise manpower to facilitate on-site course/programme operations to ensure timely deliver services to internal and external customers
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth planning and running of programme/course
  • Attend to queries from public and students pertaining to the programmes/ courses
  • Update of courses databases to ensure course/programme information is complete and could be collated when needed
  • Prepare evaluation report after course ended and issuance of eCertificate to course participants
  • Follow-up on outstanding matters after the courses/programmes to ensure good customer service delivered
  • Other administrative duties assigned!
Requirements
  • Min Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in administration and training support operation.
  • Candidates with previous experience in Institute of Higher Learning (IHLs) will have an advantage.
  • Proficient in MS suites of software.
  • Outgoing and enjoy interacting with people
