Senior Executive, Course Administration

Location: West, Singapore
Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Extendable)
Salary Range: $2,800 – $4,000 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)

Job Overview

The Senior Executive, Course Administration will support the daily operations of professional courses and programs through effective planning, administration, and logistics coordination. The role ensures smooth program execution and contributes to a positive learner experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Course Administration & Logistics
  • Process and monitor course applications via the Training Management System (TMS)
  • Update course information in the system to ensure smooth registration and scheduling
  • Prepare documentation for trainer commissioning and appointment
  • Coordinate logistics for course delivery, including manpower planning and on-site operations
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth course execution
  • Attend to course-related enquiries from participants and the public
Post-Training Administration
  • Update and maintain accurate course databases
  • Prepare evaluation reports and issue eCertificates to participants
  • Follow up on outstanding post-course matters to ensure excellent customer service
Financial & Procurement Support
  • Compute revenue and profit-sharing reports in accordance with contractual terms
  • Facilitate the Goods Receipt (GR) process using the Ariba system
Requirements
  • Recognised Degree in any discipline
  • 1 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an education or training environment
  • Prior experience in processing course applications (handling approximately 500 applications per month)
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Ariba and TMS is an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
