This positionis designed for a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual who can manage communications, reporting, financial reviews, executive-level presentations, projects, and task management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Review and Reporting
    1. Collect, consolidate, and synthesize datato support decision-making.
    2. Conduct comprehensive business analysis, benchmarking, and environmental scans to inform senior management decisions.
    3. Prepare, analyze,and present regular reports, forecasting, and recommendations to executive leadership.
    4. Support the creation of high-impact presentations for internal and external audiences.
    5. Create and maintain dashboards and trackers to monitor key metrics and KPIs
  2. Communications Management
    1. Draft, review, and manage internal communications, announcements, and stakeholder updates on behalf of the executive leadership.
    2. Coordinate cross-functional communications and ensure alignment.
  3. Project Management
    1. Track progress of strategic and operational projects, ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
    2. Follow up with internal and external stakeholders on assigned tasks, escalating issues where necessary.
    3. Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status updates for leadership visibility.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
