A leading entertainment and hospitality company in Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Content Creator for Social Media. You will create engaging content across platforms, lead video productions, and collaborate with marketing teams. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of video editing experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. This role also requires a passion for storytelling and staying updated with social media trends.

Work across the Social Media, Property Marketing and Brand teams to ideate and develop captivating and shareable content for various Business Units, across multiple social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc).
Lead social media video productions from pre-production planning to post-production editing.
Plan and execute photography shoots, from conceptualisation to styling and editing.
Produce content on-the-go for live events.
Work closely with our in-house photography & videography team to adapt property-wide shoots for social media use.
Collaborate with Marketing and Creative departments to ideate Social-first content for larger marketing campaigns to enhance and align campaign goals, and ensure that visual content aligns with our elevated brand messaging.
Stay updated with industry trends and draw inspiration from current trends across major social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube, etc) to adapt to Marina Bay Sands’ channels.
Education & Certification
A relevant Diploma/Degree in Film Production, Media, or a related field is preferred.
Experience
Minimum two years of experience in video shooting and editing with a strong portfolio.
Other Prerequisites
Passion for digital storytelling with a keen interest in in pop culture and emerging social media trends.
Proficient in editing programs such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premier, After Effects) or any other editing software.
Proven expertise in video production, camera operation, and lighting.
Colour grading and motion graphics knowledge is a plus.
Strong team player with excellent project management skills, who can work across teams to ideate and work independently to manage workflow and meet deadlines.
Self-starter who takes initiative, strong planning and organisational skills, and good interpersonal interaction.
Flexibility to work occasional irregular hours during production days and adhere to departmental and company policies.
Ability to maintain professionalism and willing to adapt to ever-changing trends and evolving business environment.
