You will assist the Business Office Manager in studying, planning, organising, establishing and implementing appropriate policies and procedures, and internal controls for all billing follow-up and financial counselling activities. You will provide support to the team, follow-up on bill settlement, provide financial advice to patients on estimated bill sizes for hospital stay and manage their enquiries. You are also responsible for preparing summaries, reports and statistics as required.
