We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Executive (Business Development & Marketing Communications) to drive regional business growth and enhance brand visibility through strategic marketing and communication initiatives. This position will play a pivotal part in supporting market expansion, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and aligning communication strategies with corporate goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise across SEO, SEM, CMS, CRM, and have hands‑on experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and support new business opportunities across regional markets.
- Contribute to the development and execution of market entry strategies, including competitor analysis, digital outreach, and localized marketing initiatives.
- Support lead generation and partnership‑building activities to expand the company’s regional footprint.
Marketing & Brand Strategy
- Plan and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social, web, and offline) to enhance brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO while managing paid digital campaigns (SEM) to maximize conversions and leads.
- Analyze campaign performance using CRM and CMS tools, leveraging data‑driven insights to refine targeting and achieve marketing KPIs.
Stakeholder & Media Relations
- Support investor relations and media engagement efforts to uphold a strong corporate reputation.
- Develop compelling press releases, corporate statements, and media materials aligned with brand positioning and key business messages.
- Foster relationships with external partners, investors, and media to strengthen brand credibility and visibility.
Strategic Communications & Internal Alignment
- Ensure consistency and alignment in internal and external communications with overall corporate objectives.
- Partner with senior management to craft and disseminate strategic messages across departments and external channels.
- Work closely with HR and regional teams to enhance employer branding and internal engagement initiatives.
- Support internal communication campaigns that promote company culture, employee engagement, and brand advocacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, communications, or business development.
- Proven experience in SEO, SEM, and executing marketing campaigns across B2B and B2C sectors.
- Proficiency with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Sitecore) and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Self‑motivated, agile, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
