A not-for-profit healthcare provider in Singapore is seeking a Senior/Executive, Bed & Surgical Operations Coordinator to optimize patient flow and coordinate clinical and operational activities. Candidates should have a nursing background with at least 2–3 years of relevant experience. We are seeking a seasoned professional—ideally with a nursing background—to become the critical link between our clinical teams and operational resources.
Both the surgical team and clinical staff rely on a trusted liaison to translate clinical urgency, resource availability and patient safety into an operational plan.
Diploma in Nursing or related clinical field (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) with a valid license (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board) preferred. Enrolled nurses and clinic assistants are welcome to apply. At least 2–3 years of experience in acute hospital, surgical ward or ICU/HDW.
5‑day work week (one off day between Monday and Saturday) and rest on Sundays.
