Who We Need

We are seeking a seasoned professional—ideally with a nursing background—to become the critical link between our clinical teams and operational resources.

Both the surgical team and clinical staff rely on a trusted liaison to translate clinical urgency, resource availability and patient safety into an operational plan.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Surgical & Bed Pipeline: Take charge of daily schedule, coordinating OT slots and bed allocations with a clinical understanding of patient priorities and resource constraints.
  • Optimize Resource Utilization: Use clinical judgment to match patient needs (e.g., ICU, HDU, general ward) with available resources, escalating shortages and implementing contingency plans proactively.
  • Uphold Standards & Drive Quality: Ensure all scheduling activities comply with hospital policies and service standards. Analyze performance data, prepare reports, and lead CQI initiatives to enhance processes.
  • Mentor and Guide the Team: Support the team supervisor by sharing clinical expertise, training staff on patient flow applications, and fostering a culture of clinical accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Lead Service Recovery and Communication: Act as key point of contact for scheduling conflicts and complex cases, providing clear, professional communication and effective solutions to clinicians and clinic managers.
How to Succeed

Diploma in Nursing or related clinical field (e.g., Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy) with a valid license (e.g., Singapore Nursing Board) preferred. Enrolled nurses and clinic assistants are welcome to apply. At least 2–3 years of experience in acute hospital, surgical ward or ICU/HDW.
