Senior Executive Assistant (On/Offboarding) – 1-Year Contract

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and proactive Senior Executive Assistant (On/Offboarding) to support our department. The role focuses on delivering consistent, accurate, and timely HR services related to onboarding, offboarding, and onsite HR activities. You will work closely with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders to enhance employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Manager and Team Lead in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR policies, processes, and programmes.
  • Collaborate with Institution HR Business Partners to deliver efficient and value-added HR services.
  • Administer HR processes for onboarding and offboarding, ensuring smooth coordination for new hires and leavers.
  • Enhance the onsite experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • Ensure HR services comply with NUHS policies and relevant legislative requirements.
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and KPIs within HR Shared Services.
  • Maintain accurate HR system records according to procedures and standards.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business‑related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Comfortable handling high‑volume tasks and confidential data.
  • Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data management.
  • Meticulous, organised, proactive, and a strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
