Senior Executive/ Assistant Manager (Secretariat), SingHealth Fund

SingHealth Fund (SHF) champions research, innovation, education, patient care and staff wellness causes across SingHealth. We are seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join our team and provide essential secretariat and administrative support that ensures smooth governance and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

You will provide secretariat and administrative support to the SHF Board and department. Your role involves coordinating schedules, managing logistics, preparing meeting materials, and drafting minutes. You will also ensure statutory compliance with regulatory requirements, manage general office administration including procurement and inventory, and maintain departmental records. You may also assist with corporate initiatives when needed.

Job Requirements:
  • Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years’ relevant work experience; or Diploma preferably in Corporate Secretarial Practice or Corporate Administration with at least 6 years’ relevant work experience
  • Experience in corporate secretariat would be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially in data analysis and presentations
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
  • Highly motivated, meticulous, and adaptable
  • Responsible, committed, and able to multi‑task effectively
