A leading healthcare institution in Singapore seeks an individual to support research operations, manage grant proposals, and ensure compliance with research policies. The ideal candidate should have a degree in Life Sciences or Allied Health and possess 2-3 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in MS Office and good interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
The incumbent provides support and ensures the day-to-day smooth operations of the Research Office. Working with management, the role liaises with various stakeholders/agencies to support the research activities in Sengkang General Hospital (SKH) and participates in implementing SingHealth / NMRC / MOH research policies. The role provides support for research projects focusing on Clinical, Nursing and Allied Health research initiatives in SKH and oversees the improvement and implementation of research administration.
Education / Qualifications
Preferably a degree in Life Sciences or Allied Health with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
Relevant Experience & Skills / Specialisation
Prior experience in research administration would be an advantage.
Proficient in English language and possess good writing skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work independently at a high level is desired.
