Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Performance, Employee Engagement & Governance)
📍 Location: West
💰 Salary: $4,500 – $5,500

Overview: We are seeking a passionate and meticulous HR professional to join our team in driving key initiatives across Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and HR Governance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a keen eye for detail and at least 2 years of relevant HRBP experience, particularly in policy writing and stakeholder management.

Performance Management
  • Support the Assistant Director in managing and rolling out the annual performance exercise for NUH, including goal-setting, mid-year and year-end reviews, promotions, and appeals.
  • Prepare and analyse reports on preliminary ratings and promotion recommendations.
  • Plan and facilitate pre-moderation and moderation sessions with senior management.
  • Partner with Centres of Excellence (COEs) and HRBPs to ensure timely submission of appraisals.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication throughout the entire performance cycle.
Employee Engagement
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including the Employee Engagement Survey and follow-up action plans.
  • Coordinate and manage end-to-end survey administration, from preparation to post-survey analysis.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and HRBPs to analyse survey results, identify key themes, and develop reports and presentations.
  • Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and pulse surveys.
Risk & Governance
  • Support the rollout of the annual Conflict of Interest Declaration and Compliance Leave exercises.
  • Provide guidance to staff on conflict of interest matters and ensure completeness and escalation of potential cases.
  • Track compliance leave adherence and support governance-related initiatives.
  • Undertake any other HR projects or assignments as required.
