Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Learning and Development

You will support the HR Learning and Development operations within SingHealth Community Hospitals and play a vital role in implementing Learning and Development plans, programmes, policies and procedures to ensure they are effective, relevant and aligned to organisational goals and objectives.

You will be involved in managing fundamental programmes for new hires, support the annual learning needs analysis exercise, deployment of learning plans, maintenance of learning systems, preparation of learning reports and payments and any other duties assigned.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably major in Human Resource or Business Administration
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in HR
  • Possess good interpersonal skills and a keen learning attitude
  • Customer service‑oriented, resourceful, meticulous, organised and independent
  • Strong in written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Candidates with relevant experience may be considered for Assistant Manager role
  • Entry level bachelor’s degree graduates are welcomed to apply
