Job summary

Job description
Key responsibilities:
  • Learning Needs Analysis: Collaborate with Head of Departments and staff to review and identify learning needs through the annual LNA exercise

  • Learning Partner: Partner various Divisions and their departments in

    • Sponsorship Management: oversee the end-to-end process of sponsoring our staff for external conferences and courses, from initial request to approval and reimbursement, while ensuring governance of organisational guidelines/policies

    • Leadership Development: collaborate with Head of Departments to review and identify people supervisors and leaders for leadership development opportunities

    • Learning Initiatives: partner with Learning Partnership team to nurture a culture of mentoring and culture of trust

    • Department Intervention: consultation with departments to identify development needs and address those needs through varied learning experiences

  • Budget/Statistics Oversight: Responsible for monitoring, analysis and reporting of learning budget and statistics

  • Learning Records & Systems: Manage learning requests, maintain learning records using Learning Management System

  • Lead and/or participate in the development of training/HR-related projects, workgroups and events

Job Requirements
  • A recognized university degree in Training or HR
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage and build trusted partnerships with staff/stakeholders
  • Resilient, driven and able to multi-task
  • Comfortable with handling numbers and statistics for financial reporting
  • Experience in leading or participating in projects/workgroups
  • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors) and digital learning tools
  • Experience in development of new learning initiatives and facilitation skills
