You will play a significant role to enhance collaboration with the clinicians by delivering a comprehensive range of HR services, ensuring a robust and effective partnership. This includes strategic manpower planning, fostering positive employee relations, managing compensation administration and implementing effective hiring and performance management strategies for optimal organization success. You will also actively participate in various HR projects such as assist in HRIS implementation, to fulfill the HR strategic objective.
