📌Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Inpatient Operations

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Senior Executive (SE) / Assistant Manager (AM) to join our Inpatient Operations team. This role will involve managing assigned clinical and patient services, overseeing ward operations, and contributing to major hospital projects aimed at improving infrastructure and service delivery. If you have a clinical operations background and are passionate about operational excellence and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in strategic planning and align operational plans with hospital goals.
• Manage daily operations of inpatient wards, including reception services and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes, enhance customer satisfaction, and optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee ward infrastructure and improvement projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and hospital standards.
• Track and monitor departmental performance, providing actionable recommendations to meet targets.
• Participate in hospital committees and initiatives focused on quality improvement and operational efficiency.
• Handle customer complaints and manage service recovery when needed.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline (Healthcare experience preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience, preferably in the service industry or healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
